1 . About shipping - What are the free shipping thresholds and how long does it take to receive my orders?
Due to the impact of COVID-19 , the free shipping threshold is A$300 and delay in delivering is expected. A delivery fee ( varies, depends on destinations ) will be charged for orders below the free shipping threshold.
All garments are sealed to minimize contact.
All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

**GST / Tax
- Australian orders : GST is charged at check out for all Australian orders.
- All others : We do not charge GST when the delivery address is outside of Australia. However, you might be liable to pay GST, custom tax or other fees to authorities of your selected destinations/countries.
2. Packaging and Gift-Wrapping Option
We ship our products to you with minimal packaging. However, a gift-wrapping option is also available. Simply select this option at check-out. (Note : The gift-wrap option is chargeable )
3. About refund - Refund policy
For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to exchange or refund the following products: Underwear/lingerie, unless they are faulty.
